Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

All tags, seals, and labels must be intact.

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
Please note: Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on opened or used grooming products such as shampoos, conditioners, and sprays unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process

Email us at customer-support@happietail.in within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).

Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of the status.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned product.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
