1. Introduction Welcome to HappieTail! We are committed to ensuring that your pet care products, including shampoos, conditioners, dry baths, and perfumes, are delivered safely and on time. This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of products purchased through our website www.happitails.com ("Website").

2. Shipping Coverage We currently deliver our products across India. We strive to provide timely and efficient delivery services to all locations. However, delivery timelines may vary based on your location, logistics partner availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order is shipped.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days

  • Remote Areas & North-East India: 7-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistical issues, or government regulations.

5. Shipping Charges

  • We offer free shipping on orders above INR 999.

  • A nominal shipping fee of INR 50 is applicable for orders below INR 999.

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for remote locations, which will be communicated during checkout.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can track your order status through the provided tracking ID on our delivery partner’s website.

7. Delivery Attempts and Failed Deliveries

  • Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us.

  • If your package is returned due to incorrect address, unavailability, or failure to collect, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • To avoid failed deliveries, ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.

8. International Shipping Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.

9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at customer-support@happitail.in with order details and images of the damaged or incorrect product.

  • We will initiate a replacement or refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement. Post this period, modifications may not be possible.

  • To request changes, contact our customer support at customer-support@happietail.in 

11. Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email or SMS.
